My Coloring Book

At each class you'll create a swatch book of colors and /or techniques using various mediums in this monthly series. This month's class is using Yasutomo's new Watercolor sets. Just bring your favorite double stick adhesive for adding the swatches to your Bind-It-All book and be prepared to color!

Iris Folding

Iris Folding is a fun paper folding technique that looks much more complicated than it really is! Joyce will show you how to use the Teapot and Car templates to create 2 new cards. The Car would be great for Father's Day or anytime you need a card for a man. Please bring scissors, double stick tape and removable tape.

Wire Worked Watch
May 7, Wednesday   3:00 - 6:00pm $30 + materials
Sharon Clark is back with another spectacular piece of wire worked jewelry. This project is a gorgeous sterling silver watch that you're going to love. Please bring your flat, round and chain nose pliers, flush cutters, measuring tape, marker and masking tape. Materials will cost $27 plus your choice of watch face which available as low as $6.50.

 

 

Trapeze Card

Phyllis does such a lovely job with these designs where the center of the card is suspended by beautiful threads. We just know you're going to love this one. Please be sure to bring the Trapeze template #4058405, a Very Fine Piercing Tool, foam mat, Big Eye needle, craft knife and cutting pad. The template has been included in previous classes and so we are not including it in the class fee here but will have them available for you to purchase.

 

Beautiful Bargello

May 10, Saturday 12:30 - 2:30pm $19
Ruth is back with her popular Bargello technique and these cards are fabulous! She's simplified the assembly of the strips of paper by using a Xyron machine and mounting tape to make creating these beautiful cards easier and less messy than using traditional adhesives. One card will allow you to exercise your stamping creativity using a variety of stamps, inks and colored cardstock. The other card will show you how fast this process can be using a variety of preprinted papers. Please bring ruler, scissors, craft knife and cutting mat, personal paper cutter and double stick tape.

Jewlery Knotting

May 14, Wednesday 6:00 - 8:00pm $22
There are a number of good reasons to knot your beads as opposed to just stringing them and Beth will show you how with a string of freshwater pearls. Knotting protects your beads from rubbing against each other and also will stop the majority of beads from running all over should your jewelry break. Also available to schedule "At Your Convenience" on Mondays or Thursdays from 10:30 - 5:30pm.

 

Scrapbooking - A Hint of Spring

Have you seen the lovely lavender top on display in My Craft Room? Geralyn can help you make it part of your Summer wardrobe in this 3 session class. Made of Universal's Fibra Natura Cottonwood yarn which is 100% organic, you'll need circular needles size 5 - 24" and size 3 - 16". Yarn requirements are 5 balls for XS or S, 7 balls for M, 8 for a L or 10 for XL. The regular price of the yarn is only $6.79 per ball but is available to you at a 15% discount!

Artist Trading Card Workshop and Swap

More fun with Vicky and artist trading cards. ATCs are playing card sized works of art meant to trade - never to sell. This month's theme is "Your Favorite Color". There will be an ATC round robin where you'll swap your creations with the class so please bring 6 ATCs with you.

Swarovski Rosary

Judy Foley is back with instruction on how to make your own beautiful rosary. This one is made up of Swarovski Crystals, jumprings and eyepins. Please bring round nose and flat nose (or rosary) pliers as well as a cutter. It would be a good idea to come early and choose your crystals.

Flower Punch Art

Nothing says Springtime like a basket of flowers! Phyllis will show you how to make this great dimmensional card using a wonderful basket stamp from Make an Impression and lots of punched flowers. The basket is so versatile, we're including it in the class fee! Please bring Flower Punch Tool Kit, foam mat, scissors and PVA glue.

but purchased ahead of time.  You may call to register for classes but must pay at the time of registration.  Class fees are
nonrefundable but may be applied to another class if you cancel by 7:00pm the day before the class.  We reserve the right
 to cancel classes without adequate participants and will notify you as soon as possible should that become necessary.
Your payment will be refunded if that should occur.
